Popeyes has just released a new chicken sandwich

And it is a summer version of their lighter crispy classic.


New chicken sandwiches fast are released almost every week. Recently, we have seen creations such as breaded chicken sandwich at Hardee hand, which isapparently better than anyone could have expectedand the return of Taco BellChalupa at naked chicken. Burger Kingbelatedly entered the frayBut also seems to have exceeded expectations with its Ch'king whose spicy release, some say, is better thanMcDonald's or Chick-Fil-A.

But it is a much more rare occasion that the biggest name of the chicken sandwich game features a new section of the class - and that's exactly the case this week! A new chicken sandwich has been spottedPokeyesand this is a lighter version of their popular classic, perfect for summer.

This is not a traditional participant of chicken sandwich wars due to a crucial difference - the chicken is not breaded. Instead, the new sandwich blackened chicken is a popular bare riff deals in the chain, which are a recurring limited time offer on their menu.

The sandwich comes with a white meat chicken filet breaded not, that has been rubbed in an exclusive seasoning mix blackened and fried. Like their classic chicken sandwich, this slightly healthier version comes on a bun toasted brioche with two pickles and mayo cured barrel. In addition to this classic sandwich is also available in a spicy version where the mayo is exchanged against spicy mayo.

According toChewing and the menu online Popeye, the sandwich is already available, but only in certain places and for a limited time.
