ACSI says they have asked clients to evaluate their recent experiences on fast food chains with the largest market share, following restaurants on the following measures: accuracy of food control, quality and quality reliability of the mobile application of the chain (more relevant measures than ever, thanks to the increase in pandemic-oriented online control), courtesy and power of staff, quality of food (taste, temperature and ingredients), cleanliness, taste of drinks and temperature, speed of service, website satisfaction and variety of food and drinks on the menu.

Chick-a
Poussin-Fil-A took the first place in the ACSI for the seventh consecutive year. However, its score dropped a point over the past year, at 83 compared to 84 of 2020.
