Ingredients

Non-stick cooking spray
2 1/2 regular rolled oatmeal cups
1 cup of wheat flakes
1/3 cup of whole bran cereals such as dark circles
1/3 cup chopped pecans roughly
1/2 cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
2 c. Orange zest tea
1/2 c. Spice spice pumpkin tea
1/2 cup of dried cranberries
Fat-free milk, non-fur yogurt or fresh fruit (optional)

How to do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 ° F. Coat a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pot with a nonstick cooking spray or a line with parchment paper; put aside.
