Here's how to make protein pancakes, muffins and waffles

However, finding the best recipe for making protein pancakes, protein muffins or protein waffles is rather difficult. The cooking key with the protein powder is the best texture. For these recipes, I used a simple whey protein protein, but a plant-based protein will also work well. I like to specifically useF-factor's 20/20 Fiber / Non-Conorted Powder Protein. However, if you want you to want flavored protein pancakes, muffins or waffles, you can buy flavored proteins, such asToning the vanilla from the up WhereChocolate plant protein.

Each recipe calls for a Scoop, which is about 20 to 30 grams of proteins. This measurement is less than 1/4 cup, however, most protein powder bags or containers should come with a spoon to wear it properly.

How to make protein pancakes

  • 1 egg
  • 1 SCOOP protein powder
  • 1/2 oatmeal cup
  • 1/4 Cup of clear Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of milk

  • 1 cinnamon teaspoon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

How to do it:

To make this recipe, mix all the ingredients in aHigh powder mixer. For perfect pancakes, pour 1/4 cup of mixing on a hot plate. When pancakes start with bubbles on top, it's time to return! Gives 8-10 pancakes (4-5 pancakes per serving).

How to make protein muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oat cups
  • 2 spoons powder protein
  • 1 cup of clear Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup of milk
  • 2 c.
  • 1 1/2 c. Cooking powder
  • 1/2 c. Soda bicarbonate tea
  • 1/2 c.
  • 1 cinnamon teaspoon
  • Blueberry

How to do it:

Make these muffins, mix eggs, oats, greek yogurt and milk in a high power mixer. Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients except blueberries. Scoop The mixture of muffins in a muffin tin greased or doubled. Top muffins with blueberries, then cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Gives 12 muffins (2 muffins per serving).

How to make protein waffles

Prefer a pancake of chocolate proteins, muffin or waffle? The manufacturing is quite simple! For each recipe, replace the solid protein powder with chocolate aromatization, then add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
