Ingredients
1/2 cup of cut oatmeal
1/2 cup of milk (I like doing them with almond milk)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 maple syrup teaspoon
1 teaspoon of chia seeds, optional

How to do it
Add the dried ingredients
I find it easier to mix everything together by pouring the dry ingredients into the mason pot first. It would be oats and, if you want, chia seeds. - Add in the dry-oat ingredients and chia seeds (if you wish), first mason pot first.
- Pour into the milk, then add to the cacahuet and maple butter syrup.
- Mix the ingredients until the peanut butter has been uniformly added to the oat mixture. Make sure all eligners are overwhelmed in milk.
- Seal the lid and place oats in the refrigerator.
