Although you can try to dig in the cauliflower and break it without removing the stem, I find it difficult. I first like to remove the bottom of the cauliflower, which facilitates the rupture of cauliflower in jewels.

Treatment of cauliflower will probably be the simplest method for the ricage in a shorter period of time. Run the cauliflower through the culinary robot using the grid disc. My culinary robot attach to myKitchenAid stand mixer, so I placed the kitchenaid bowl below to catch rice.

Rice Method # 2: Grid

If you do not have a culinary robot, the grid is the best thing. It will take a little time (and some arms force) to cross all the jewels, but it will have rice. I chose the largest network holes when using this method, simply because it has made thicker rice. But if you prefer to have a thinner rice (more like couscous or quinoa), you can always use a different network size.

Cook on an oil pan

Cooking cabbage rice is even easier than the ricing process! All you have to do is cook cauliflower rice on a medium-low heat pan with olive oil and any other seasoning if you wish. Cook for three to five minutes, but do not let him sit there for a long time. The last thing you want is pale rice! The texture will be nice to eat if you limit the cooking time on the pan.
