The connection of the mind is strong

Studies on mindfulness show that this can change the way our brain works by helping us focus on the present moment and to allow us to think about things new perspectives. A wandering spirit is an unfortunate spirit

A study a few years ago has shown that all we think, our spirit wandering about half of the time. And when our spirits wander, we are less happy. Some refer to that as "Monkey brain", where we think our mind jumps, impossible to stay still. By putting even more importance on our thoughts, the researchers also found that what we think is more important for our happiness than we do. If you think you can not do it, your mind goes and goes well, well, there is hope! We can all learn to calm our minds and reap the benefits. Here are some things you can do to start.

Return the phone! At least for a few hours a day, you can also disable all critical notifications but one or two critical notifications and minimize your time on social media. We now know that social media platforms follow what you are watching, click and how long you stay there. They send you what you want to see. It's cyber-nicotine and nude your mind. This will seem strange at first, but this can give immediate results. But wait, there is more!

Explore mediation - There are many applications, books, recordings out there. A type of meditation allows us to calm our spirits not to think of nothing. There are also many resources to increase full constancy in your life with exercises, recordings that have guided images and mental activities to help you experiment with a quiet spirit. This will seem strange at first because we are so scheduled to react to a stimuli torrent of all around us, but keep trying to see which one feels good for you.

What you can do now, part 3

Spend time in nature - take a walk at sunset, sunrise or evening to see the starry sky. Walk along a river or stream and look at plant and animal life, and notice how everything seems to work together. For me, spending time outside is a break from all that happens in my life and provides a sense of peace by seeing the harmony of nature.
