Use your eggs and do this delicious healthy breakfast for two!
If you are looking for a lighter option without sacrificing the flavor, egg whites are a large stand-in for ordinary eggs. This white frittae of egg and healthy and healthy egg is still a lot of filling, thanks partly to the delicious vegetables that complete the dish.

Serve 2
You will need
2 cups of liquid egg whites
1/2 cup of chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped roma tomato
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup of chopped white onion
How to do it
- Preheat the fryer to 320 degrees F. Spray a 6 "round baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk egg whites to the sparkling. Mix in spinach, tomatoes, salt and onion. Stir up the combination.
- Pour the egg mixture into a prepared dish.
- Place in the air frounder basket and cook for 8 minutes until the center is set. Serve hot.
