"Bachelor" Star Matt James reveals his secrets to stay in amazing form

James started running after feeling an "empty" in his life.
James, a former basketball player who continued to play college football, said he found there, "was a vacuum" in his life when he abandoned competition sport after the university.
"I started running with casualness, but I find that the goal of going further and go faster is the one that was satisfactory and meaningful. It has become a time when I could unplug, relax and be just with my thoughts of the day or week. »
He says that holding a routine to do at least an hour of physical activity helped him stay focused, and he is the advice he gives the members of his inner circle when they seek to get healthier too. "It can be a walk, a jog, a bike or elevator, but exercise is just as much on the mental force and physical," James said.

Tyler Cameron has prompted him to start running marathons.
While James has been a passionate runner for some time, it was a conversation with the oldbachelorette competitorTyler Cameron who pushed him to give marathons a try.
"[Cameron] said he was going to do it and as his friend and training companion, I started training with him because we lived together and following the same diet," says James. "From there, I quickly accepted and decided to run a few half marathons, then the next step was a marathon. »

"I get in the models where I do the same type of training for a few months, then put it in place. Like last summer, I'm kicking by bike, where I bike more than 20 miles a few times a week. He makes a priority full consciousness.
Between work and training, James can have a busy schedule, but the star says it still does "the time to me" a priority.
"I always find it always an hour a day for me," he says. "This manifests itself in workouts to varying degrees, even a weekend walk along the East River. »
He tries to improve access to healthy foods for others.
James' passion for healthy food is not limited to his own plate - he recently teamed up with the Lettuce Grow, a company that creates vertical balances, allowing people with limited external space to cultivate their own vegetables.
