Pepsi is about to launch this new alcoholic beverage

The Rockstar brand brings reimagined in a totally new way.


Hard seltzers and other canned alcoholic beverages are the summer drink, with what seems to be an endless range of new products striking grocery shelves every week of beloved brands likeCostco's Kirkland Signature andMichelog Ultraas well as celebrities such asSinger of Country Blake Shelton. Now another heavy guiner in the drinks industry seems to try to crack in the category more and more.

Some of the most emblematic drinks brands on the planet arePossessed by PepsicoBut alcoholic beverages like beer, liquor and wine are currently part of this vast portfolio. However, the global drinks company n ° 4 seems to be on the point of plating in unexplorced waters by launching a line of alcoholic beverages under the name "Rockstar", known for itsenergy drinks.

A trademark request filed earlier this month by Pepsi is "seeking to record the name of beer, alcoholic fruit cocktail beverages, alcoholic malt beverages and Selzer hard", according toBloomberg.Josh Gerben, a lawyer of intellectual property, also posted on the trademark onTwitter.

"The fact that Pepsico has made these deposit signals that they are considering a lot of a product launched around the beer and the Seltzer hard," said GerbenBloomberg in a message.

Pepsi recently launched a brand of non-alcoholic cocktail mixers called Neon Zebra after his previous fall that the company would make a decision on alcoholic space.
