Frito-Lay recalled a limited number of corrugated laity chips.
On 11 August, the FDA announced that Frito-Lay had voluntarilyissued a limited reminder 7 ¾ corrugated Lay original potato chips bags. The reminder affects a total of 31 bags of fleets sold at northern Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia from July 23, 2021.

Chips may contain a non-disclosed allergen.
The recalled chips were drawn from the shelves after discovering that they could contain milk, a common allergen. "Those with allergy or severe milk sensitivity manage the risk of a serious or fatal allergic reaction if they consume products contained in the recalled bags", the notice of reminder states. If you have a milk allergy or sensitivity, Frito-Lay recommends that you do not eat the chips, but throw them instead.
The affected chips can be identified by UPC 0 28400 04380 9 and a date of "fresh guarantee" of 02 Nov. 2021 and of the Code of Manufacturing 1712 17944 85 21:30 or a "Fresh Guaranteed" date of Oct. 19, 2021 and Code of manufacture 171344 18 03:37.
