You may want to choose another bread when you make your lunches for the week. This is particularly high in bold and sodium and does not contain enough fiber to make a difference. You only have 2 grams of sugar, making it a better option than something like the Farmhouse White Farm farm.

At 230 milligrams of sodium per slice, you can do better than it. Its rayed qualities are the 2 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein.

Sugar and fat in this choice are low, but we can not ignore the 200 milligrams of sodium for a single slice.

Premium Health Nuts Arnold

This one would be for someone who tries to keep their fat and their low sugar count while enjoying the soft sweetness of a honey wheat option. But since you do not get any fiber in this option, you may want to consider not making it a daily choice of bread.

Ok wonder bread, we see your efforts. Calories, fat and sugar are low enough while maintaining 2 grams of fibers and 4 grams of protein per serving. Not too shabby, if you ask us.

Although this is higher in sugar than most whole wheat choices, we like the use of biological ingredients and lower preservative levels.
