Today, the majority of young people listen to the recommendations of specialists, thinks out the diet and generally monitors health. And some more than 20-30 years ago there were no special techniques: everyone lived on many years of tradition. Unfortunately, many of them negatively affect health, and even cause laughter from Europeans. It is about such food habits of Russians and will be discussed further.

1. Hot drinks are always with sugar
So it turned out that our people always add sugar in tea and coffee, even if they eat sweets. Many can not understand that these drinks have their own taste and do not need to interrupt his sweeteners. But against many years of tradition will not be adjusted.

2. First, second, third and compote
In Soviet dining rooms, they always served the first, second, salad, and then the sweet under compote. Unfortunately, at that time, little was followed by the right nutrition, the selection of products, and therefore, there were very often problems with overweight. We do not say that you need to strictly follow the amount of calories (although it is not always bad), but to be full, healthy and not gain weight, you should not overstat yourself with a million meals. To stay in the form, just wait more than consume.

3. Sweet for dessert
In the culture of the post-Soviet space, it is so established that after a full meal, it is necessary to "back up" themselves as sweet. But it's not right. If you eat right, then you know that there is sweet without harm for figures and health, it is possible only in the first half of the day, and not after each meal and as a snack.

4. All with bread
Remember how in childhood we were forced to eat porridge and pasta with bread, which today sounds wild. Remember that every piece of bread (if it is not the products from whole grain flour of coarse grinding), postponed on the waist.

5. Without a snack for the night it is impossible to fall asleep
This is a Soviet stereotype, which developed, thanks to the lush and late feast. Many are now complaining that people no longer go to visit each other, or maybe it is for the better, because the lush table for alcohol is nothing good for health. Everyone knows that abundant dinner is a pledge of bad digestion and alarming sleep. In addition, all this is safely postponed in fat.

6. Permanent snacks of non-disabilities
Fortunately, in our time there is a million resources where you can see what would be useful to eat. And before, people pumped themselves cookies and tea with sugar, and even several times a day. Combined with a sedentary lifestyle is a slow motion bomb.

7. Tough, even when I do not want
This story is known to everyone since childhood and has become part of the folk folklore. Starting from the kindergarten, we were told that we need to eat everything on a plate. Mall, it is considered a bad tone and disrespect for the hostess. Therefore, the problem of regular overeating, familiar to us all.
