1. Hot drinks are always with sugar
So it turned out that our people always add sugar in tea and coffee, even if they eat sweets. Many can not understand that these drinks have their own taste and do not need to interrupt his sweeteners. But against many years of tradition will not be adjusted.
2. First, second, third and compote
In Soviet dining rooms, they always served the first, second, salad, and then the sweet under compote. Unfortunately, at that time, little was followed by the right nutrition, the selection of products, and therefore, there were very often problems with overweight. We do not say that you need to strictly follow the amount of calories (although it is not always bad), but to be full, healthy and not gain weight, you should not overstat yourself with a million meals. 3. Sweet for dessert
In the culture of the post-Soviet space, it is so established that after a full meal, it is necessary to "back up" themselves as sweet. But it's not right. If you eat right, then you know that there is sweet without harm for figures and health, it is possible only in the first half of the day, and not after each meal and as a snack.
4. All with bread
Remember how in childhood we were forced to eat porridge and pasta with bread, which today sounds wild. Remember that every piece of bread (if it is not the products from whole grain flour of coarse grinding), postponed on the waist.
5. Without a snack for the night it is impossible to fall asleep
This is a Soviet stereotype, which developed, thanks to the lush and late feast.
