Citrus fruits
In addition to the characteristic orange color - they say helps the body to regain - citrus fruits are a healthy source of vitamins and minerals. Especially for the prodigious vitamin C! Why not have breakfast or snack with a nice orange juice or grapefruit?
Chestnuts
Who has not made at least one chore to school with curly chestnut? Perhaps, together with pumpkins, they are the most iconic of autumn fruit. They have anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants and are rich in minerals. How do you resist a healthy serving of roasted chestnuts to taste with friends in front of the fireplace?

With the broccoli in the kitchen you can just indulge! They are great as a side dish for pasta, for velvety hot with a little oil EVO and some diced crispy bread. Leafy vegetables

Actually seasonal pears are a bit 'all year, but the autumn are the most good. They are so versatile that they can be used for both sweet and for seconds - think of the famous pork with pears - its flavor and its properties are fantastic!
