Smoked salmon croutons

Simple and tasty! It is enough to croutons, smoked salmon cut into thin slices, fresh and creamy cheese, last of a lemon, a bit of pepper (better if pink) and the fennel to make everything more sympathetic. ET voila! The croutons are ready.

Take two scrolls of puff pastry, spreadable cheese and smoked salmon.
