The story is a delicate thing. Not only is it written by the winners, but it may also seem so far and there is almost impossible to consider it as a collection of stories. You rarely think of historical personalities as real people with problems and feelings, it is only these characters who have done massive things that could have changed the story. But Becca Saladin, a graphic designer, decided that it was once someone disputed this idea. She decided to use Photoshop to see what the famous historical characters would look like.
She first had the idea when she could not find good portraits of her favorite historic figure - Anne Boleyn. Anne was the second wife of King Henry VIII and she was unjustly executed so that the king could get married again. Anne is often described as perennial, spiritual and charming, but its portraits are very pale and flat and do not show its true personality and mind.
She sat down and used her Photoshop skills to Anne's advantage and tried to imagine what she would look like if she lived in modern times. Once she had finished, she realized it's something she could do with other famous historical characters. After all, even if the portraits are a little ok, the frame, the pose, the bottom and the clothes in them are always so old that it does not feel real. That's how the Instagram accountRoyalty now has been started. Now she has almost 200,000 disciples and it continues to grow. Here are some of his works with his respective legends.
Here is the version of becca of Anne Boleyn she posted on Instagram with a legend: "I hope no one here will get tired of my Anne Boleyn positions ... Tudor Portraiture has often highlighted these features, so I changed my finished version to reflect what I think is probably its appearance more likely. "
