8 ways to stop being lazy

How often do you think of yourself as being lazy?

How often do you think of yourself as being lazy? Does only in the early hours of the morning, when you can not get you getting up right away and snooze your alarm several times? Or is it every time you do not miss a deadline, or just hardly do it and you hardly promise you the next time you start earlier to make the same mistake? Let's be honest, everyone feels lazy once from time to time, it's only man. You can not be super productive all the time. But if it's not an occasional thing for you, but rather a constant struggle that has an impact on your life and well-being - here are some things you can try to stop being lazy.

1. Find the root of the problem
There is a reason for everything. Maybe you are lazy and procrastinating because you are burned and overloaded with overload and literally does not have energy. Then you really need to take a day or two discounts or take a vacation and try to relax. We are not made to work all the time. Or maybe you are lazy because you do not really want to do what you want to do.

2. Make a Pro List and Cont
To really be motivated, you have to understand if they have to actually do something and what benefits will they reap. A Pro list and contains usually helps you a lot. If the benefits outweigh the disadvantages, put this list on a visible surface in your home and it will motivate you to do everything that needs to be done.

3. Be realistic with your time
Everyone likes to think that they can do a lot of time in a short time, but the truth is that we all tend to overestimate the amount we can be made in one day. And underestimate severely how long each task will take. So try to do time yourself doing things so that you know how long exactly what takes and can plan your day accordingly in the future. Make sure you also include realistic breaks, you can not work for hours, take a break of 15 minutes and return to work.

4. Start with baby steps
Often, the most difficult thing to do is start doing something. For example, if you want to start running, exit for a long running could be discouraging for you never go. But if you start small, it will be easier. For example, go running for only 5 minutes if your goal is to start running. Over time, you can increase this and before you know that you will run half marathons.

5. SAVE YOUR OBJECTIVES
Having high standards and big goals is admirable, but again, it can be intimidating enough. For example, if you want to write a book - you can not just set the goal to "write a book". It is better to break it to "write a page every day". And then you will have a book in a year.

6. Prioritize morning tasks
If there is something you absolutely need to make you by the end of the day - make a small art of this one in the morning. Do not put it back before the evening or think you can do everything in one go to lunch. Just do a little in the morning and you will be much more motivated to finish it.

7. Short work burst cycle with rest
For some of us, it is difficult to stay focused for long periods. Make a full hour of work without distraction can be really difficult. So try to change things. Plan to make 20 minutes of solid work, then take a break of 10 minutes. Then return to work. In this way, you will work 40 minutes over an hour, but it will not feel like long.

8. Delete distractions
If we are talking about work on a laptop - block social media while working. Put your phone on not disturbing the mode and let it load in another room. These things will really allow you to focus on the task at your fingertips.
