Back In December 2016 our newest best friend had attended a workshop on the appreciation of gastronomic coffee and was intrigued by the milk moss process that ends the cappuccinos and slats. His thirst for knowledge (and coffee, probably) had to be extinguished! After doing some online research, Daphne stumbled on articles on Latte 3D art and was bitten by the bug of inspiration. With the help of a puff of milk, a few spoons, a food coloring, a bamboo skewer and its endless supply of talent, in about 10 to 20 minutes, it is able to prepare all kinds of crazy coffee magic! In recognition of his talents, Daphne's work was even presented at theSingapore Café Festival 2017. Do you think you have what it takes to follow its traces? Look at it:
