So, you know how in the textbooks pumped to the heart is blue and the blood pumped from the heart is red? It's just an easy way to illustrate the difference, but that does not mean that blood is actually blue. 2. Vitamins

In fact, many times our bodies have trouble digesting and absorbing the vitamin pills. It is much easier to get vitamins from natural sources such as fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, etc. Vitamin pills have a greater amount of vitamins per tablet, but you will never really absorb. Do not abandon. Do not count vitamin pills as your only source of good nutrients.

Excessive amounts of alcohol can disrupt the metabolic process in your body and cause a shortage of oxygen, which can harm the connections between brain cells, but it will not kill cerebral cells. So, basically, of course, alcohol in dangerous if you have enormous amounts, but a glass of wine will not kill any brain cell.

4. Sugar makes children hyper
This is not exactly the sugar that makes children hyper. This is basically any excess of calories that makes them hyper. So, fundamentally, the excess calories is equal to excess energy. 5. Brown sugar is better
Brown sugar is often confused to be healthier than white sugar, which is ridiculous, because that's not the case. It's always basically the same sugar, except that the molasses is used to give it a brown color. Brown sugar also has more water in it. We see how people think it's healthier because it has a less sweet taste than white sugar, but in reality, they are really identical.

6. Antibiotics
Many people think that antibiotics are great pills that can cure them from everything, a cold, an infection, all kinds of viruses. But here is the thing, the only thing antibiotics can kill is bacteria. With regard to viruses - they are not effective at all.

7. Sleeping
Everyone knows that they need 8 hours of sleep a day, this "done" has been engraved in our minds for ages. But the truth is that we are all different and we all need different amounts of sleep to feel good. Not only does it depend on you as a person and your unique genetic configuration, but it also varies from your lifestyle and level of activity. Sometimes you might feel good after only 5 hours of sleep. On other days, you could sleep for 9 hours and you always feel exhausted. Trust your body, he knows what it does.

8. The left side of the brain is creative
There is this notion that the right side of the brain is responsible for logic and mathematics, and the left side of your brain is responsible for creative things like singing, paint, dancing and creating all kinds of art. Although it is true that different parts of the brain could be responsible for certain functions, but when it comes to creativity, there is no part of the brain that is responsible, everything is connected.

9. Nerve cells do not regenerate
How many times did you hear about "nerve cells do not regenerate" as a reason not to get angry? Well, here is a show, nerve cells die all the time, it's a natural and totally normal process. And then new appear in other parts of your brain. And in fact, it is the chemicals of our brain that make the cells interact with each other and work properly, not the cells themselves.
