Every woman dreams of a slim and beautiful body, but some of us really know how to succeed. So before you start tracking a diet, check out these basic tips on how to lose weight fast and stay healthy.
1. Small goals are better than enormous targets!Do not try to lose weight quickly. The best way to get rid of these hateful kilos is to reduce only 1 1/2 pounds a week.
2. Never weake yourself!It really slows down your metabolism that is the key factor to help you lose books. A fast metabolism means that your body naturally burns more calories before turning into fat and you do not take weight. Remember the most calories your body burns, the easier it is to lose weight.
So try eating at least 3 meals a day. It's still better to eat every time you feel hungry but remember - eat more frequently, but no more food.
3. Learn what foods that are good for you and are not!
Eating fruits and vegetables.
Eat healthy carbohydrates such as brown rice, bran / flake cereals, wheat pasta, bulgar, whole grain bread, steel cut oats, etc. Try to avoid unhealthy carbohydrates such as white rice, corn, white bread, instant oat oats, etc.
