He turned on the movie and I turned on the oven. 20 minutes later the magic began...

Mini sausages, crispy chicken popcorn and vegetable sticks with gravy are the three stars of the home movie menu that will make the evening special.

No lines, no loud neighbors, no sticky popcorn. A real pleasure is watching a fresh film right at home, in soft socks and under a warm blanket. You can get comfortable, turn off the lights and prepare some delicious snacks. Mini sausages, crispy chicken popcorn and vegetable sticks with gravy are the three stars of the home movie menu that will make the evening special.

Mini sausages in dough

What you will need:

  • packaging of ready-made puff pastry;
  • 8–10 sausages;
  • ketchup or barbecue sauce.

How to cook:
Thaw the dough and cut it into long ribbons. Wrap each sausage in dough, cut into small pieces and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for 10–15 minutes until the dough is golden brown.

Tip:
Serve hot with sauce. This is the perfect one-bite option - convenient to take with your hands, especially when the movie is in full swing.

Vegetable sticks with yogurt dip

What you will need:

  • carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers;
  • 150 g Greek yogurt;
  • 50 g blue cheese.

How to cook:
Cut the vegetables. Mash the cheese and mix with yogurt to create a thick dip. Divide the sauce into glasses and insert vegetables into them.

Tip:
This is an alternative to chips - bright, fresh and healthy. You can serve it on a common platter, or you can give everyone a personal “film glass.”

Chicken nuggets

What you will need:

  • 800 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar;
  • 2–3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • ½ tsp. dried garlic, ⅓ tsp. curry and pepper;
  • salt to taste;
  • frying oil;
  • sauce for serving.

How to cook:
Cut the chicken into pieces, add vinegar, spices, salt and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then add flour - simply, without batter. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown, about three minutes. Place the finished pieces on a paper towel.

Tip:
It turns out juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The aroma is such that even neighbors come running to the screen.

Stars with cheese

What you will need:

  • puff pastry;
  • 50 g parmesan;
  • 50 g blue cheese.

How to cook:
Thaw the dough, do not roll it out - this way it will remain flaky. Cut out the stars, sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheeses and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 °C.

Tip:
These stars smell like a holiday. You can make a double portion - they disappear faster than the credits appear on the screen...

Pretzels with sesame seeds

What you will need:

  • puff pastry;
  • 1 egg;
  • sesame.

How to cook:
Roll the dough strips into mini pretzels, brush with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10–15 minutes at 200°C.

Tip:
Once cooled, they make a great snack for soda or lemonade. You can sprinkle dried herbs instead of sesame seeds for more flavor.

Home cinema isn't just about watching. This is a small holiday where the smells of baking mix with laughter, and each scene is tastier than the previous one.
