Katia Aveiro, one of the sisters of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, participated in the program Two to 10 From TVI, a Portuguese broadcaster, and revealed the secret to its drastic loss of weight in recent months.

According to Katia, in early 2024, some of her cousins ​​visited her at her home in Brazil and they took advantage of the reunion to record a video. In the video, they had fun and danced with swimsuits, but when she saw the result of the production, she was not satisfied. “I looked and said 'I'm not this person.' It was health and it was aesthetic, but it was health above all, ”Katia told the interviewers, justifying the reason why she decided to lose weight.

Katia also said that it was not easy to lose 27kg, as she had to make some considerable changes in her lifestyle. She pointed out that initially simply "closed her mouth" and began to do a kind of intermittent fast, and that was when she lost the most weight, but it was also the most complicated period.

She points out that she sought medical help to check out how her health was, if she had low vitamin levels, for example, and as the diet began to work, she realized that her body disallowed and the expected results began to appear.

And as could not be missed, Katia said she received a lot of support from Cristiano Ronaldo on her journey for weight loss, and that her brother was fundamental for her to overcome this moment. According to Katia, Cristiano Ronaldo encouraged her to diet, but to avoid any kind of surgery that would help her in weight loss.

This is because Katia had already done liposuctions and other diets, and always recovered the lost weight in these procedures some time later. Following Cristiano Ronaldo's advice, she changed the key and decided to commit even more to her new eating habits so that she would not make past mistakes again.

Katia says she began to exercise, cut foods with gluten and lactose, while this type of food, she said, favored the inflammation of her body.

Katia Aveiro has a very close relationship with Brazil, so much that she has lived in Rio Grande do Sul for some years. She has been married to businessman Alexandre Bertolucci Jr. for about six years and the couple already has a daughter together.

During the interview with Two to 10 Katia spoke about her relationship with her husband and also commented that the 12 -year difference between them never affected her marriage.

According to Katia, who is a singer, she went to make a concert in Beira-Rio, in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, when one of the organizers of the event invited her to meet Gramado. According to him, this would be a city with European characteristics in Brazil. Arriving in the lawn, she eventually met Alexander, "the love of my life," in her words.

In the interview, she said that when she met Alexander, she didn't find him so physically attractive to her standards, but that he made him a good impression. Until they participated in a barbecue, exchanged several looks and approached.

Shortly thereafter, because she was dating a Brazilian and being so far from home, she initially thought that perhaps the relationship would not get gear, just like the people close, but Katia admitted that she was wrong.

“No one believed. He's younger than me 12 years old, but it's all right, because I'm happy with him, he's very mature… Fear was just not right again, because I really wanted to be happy, but I felt that he I brought me this path of change and I was afraid it would end. It didn't have to do with age, with the country… I let myself take it and then the answers were coming… A year later I was pregnant, Katia said.
