The arrest of the lawyer, businesswoman and digital influencer, Deolane Bezerra, is among the most talked about subjects in Brazil in recent days. And recently, the ex-fazenda was again detained after breaking a precautionary measure. With this, the lawyer is currently in the Women's Penal Colony of Buíque (CPFB), prison located 280 km from Recife.

According to a note of clarification from the Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration and Resocialization of Pernambuco (SEAP/PE), the lawyer will be in a reserved cell while being trapped to ensure her physical integrity.

“Because it is a case of repercussion, it is in a reserved cell to safeguard its physical integrity. Deolane had the pre -trial detention decreed for breach of precautionary measures imposed by the court to grant his house arrest, ”the Seap wrote in a statement.

What happened?

Deolane Bezerra She has been arrested before. According to authorities, she is suspected of involvement in a criminal organization that operates illegal games and money laundering, which in recent times would have been able to move $ 3 billion. Thus, the influencer had a request for arrest, being sent to the Bom Pastor Women's Penal Colony in Recife, where he spent 5 days.

After this period, the influencer had her pre -trial detention reverted to house arrest, as the court understood that besides being primary defendant, Deolane also has a small child and the support of her family depends on her work.

However, the court forbade Deolane to speak through social networks, the press or other media while under house arrest. Thus, the lawyer could not participate in an interview, for example.

However, as soon as he left the prison, Deolane shouted to several fans who witnessed her release, as well as to TV stations that were on the scene, which she had undergone a "criminal prison."

“Abuse of authority of the state of Pernambuco. There is no proof even against me. This is a criminal prison, full of abuse of authority by delegate Paulo Gondim. I can't talk about the process. I was silent, ”said the lawyer.

Moreover, it was not long before the influencer posting a photo of her on social networks where she appeared with a tape covering her mouth, making a clear allusion to the precautionary measure that prohibited her to speak up while being under house arrest.

With the breach of the precautionary measure, Deolane's house arrest was promptly reverted to pre -trial detention, and she was sent to CPFB again. This occurred when the influencer went to the Rodolfo Aureliano Forum to sign the terms of house arrest and was informed that he would return to a penitentiary.

Deolane's defense tried to get his client's freedom again, but the request was denied by Judge Otávio de Almeida Toledo, of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). The magistrate also pointed out that the case should not have been referred to the STJ, as there were still resources to be requested in the court of Pernambuco.

In addition to Deolane, her mother, Solange Bezerra, is also arrested. Solange is suspected of participating in various illegal activities, including drug trafficking and tax evasion.

The STJ denied a habeas corpus presented by Solange's defense, highlighting the possible criminal activities in which she would be involved. “Unlike in the impetus, the patient [Solange] is not stuck because it has made a bank transfer.
