Walmart buyers slam a new self-truth rule: "I hate shopping here"

Customers say they have to wait even longer now to check at Walmart.

The tides turn on the auto-grenouet. Several retailers, including General dollar And Kroger , began to move away from the use of self-service kiosks in stores, while other companies, such as Target , have placed new restrictions on the use of these machines. But not all buyers are satisfied with these changes. In fact, a recent self-truth rule at Walmart has many weapons customers.

Back in March, Business Insider said That buyers had started to notice that some Walmart stores limited the use of certain car-based traats to two groups of people, delivery drivers and Walmart +members. AE0FCC31AE342FD3A1346EBB1F342FCB

Sparkles delivery drivers are contract workers hired by Walmart to buy and deliver products to customers, while Walmart + is the exclusive subscription service of the retailer which costs $ 98 per year.

Buyers who do not belong to these groups and to Walmart employees themselves expressed their frustration in the face of the new Auto-Gardand rule.

"In my store, we have 10 self -checks and six are dedicated to Spark / Walmart + Members drivers - four for Spark and two for more," wrote a person in a Reddit Post on the new change. "Other stores doing this?

Others say that the new limitations on the self-treatment routes make them wait even longer.

"Only Walmart would have an entire section of oneself closed and would leave only six open to use," wrote a user in a June 30th . "Long line [explanive] for no reason [explained]. I hate shopping here."

"Walmart continues to be surprised. Your lines are already long, so instead of opening more checkouts, you close them and make them for spark drivers only", another X User posted . "What does it mean?"

In relation: Walmart buyers never say to buy great "never" value - here's why .

Many buyers say that this new self-truth change is their last straw, completely inspiring them from the retailer.

"At the Walmart near my house, they closed all the means of self -control and transformed them into tracks for their sparks delivery service", another X user written in a post . "Now everyone has to wait in checkered tracks of more than 20 minutes while these autonomous routes are seated. My solution, I stopped going."

But the decision to limit certain auto-genouet routes is not a national directive of the company. Instead, Walmart spokesperson Joe Pennington Said Business Insider that store managers are authorized to experiment with payment rules to determine what works best for customers and employees in their specific locations.

"Based on several factors, including customer and partners' comments, purchasing models and business needs, some locations temporarily test different endowment options," said Pennington in March.

The company also denies the assertions that Walmart is trying to persuade more people to register for Walmart + by limiting the self-treatment routes.

"From time to time, our stores adjust the use of boxes and personal self-checks. For example, a store can start or end the day with personal funds. As the number of buyers and staffing in staff Associates increases, these stores open the registers to manage the increased customer flow. Supermarket news .

The company added: "During these limited access periods, some stores designate selected self-dialing stations for Walmart + customers using our scan and Go and Spark Priders service for access and delivery services more fast.
