Walmart customers "must immediately stop using" choppers of the pillars recalled

The mini devices present a risk of laceration, warns the American CPSC.


Shopping in Walmart is forced to save money, but you can further eliminate your total when you reach store brand products from the large -scale retailer. In an April 4 reminder , the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced that Walmart draws helicopters due to a "danger of laceration". The mini hoppers, which can be used to chop herbs or small vegetables, have a blade which can "operate unexpectedly during assembly or when it is not locked in the container, posing a risk of laceration to Consumers, "said the reminder notice.

To date, Walmart has received five reports from lacerations, two of which required medical care, including stitches. Depending on the recall notice, consumers were injured during the helicopter rally or while cleaning it.

In total, 51,570 pillars mincers were sold between August 2022 and October 2023 - exclusively in Walmart and online stores, between $ 10 and $ 15.

The recalled helicopters have the MS14100094536S1 model number printed on the label attached to the bottom of the transparent plastic bowl of the device. The helicopters are rechargeable and wireless and have a green cover and a white body which are on the light bowl. They were sold with a blade accessory with three blades and a white plastic pin, indicates the CPSC notice.

If you have one of these helicopters at home, Walmart and the CPSC ask you that you "stop using them immediately and contact Walmart a refund. You can also bring the chopper in your local Walmart store to recover your money.

This is not the only recall to Walmart recently treated, like Nestlé USA also metallic cups recalled Sold by the large -scale retailer. In a Reminder notice of March 21 , the CPSC announced the recall, which applied to four sets of Holiday Starbucks brand gifts in 2023. They were also sold in Target and for military retail Nexcom.

The cups were fired due to "dangers of burns and laceration" which occurred when the cups were in the microwave or filled with "extremely hot liquid", indicates the opinion.

As of March 21, Nestlé had received 12 overheating cup incident reports or breaking, with 10 leading injuries. According to CPSC review, nine consumers have undergone "serious burns / blisters" on their fingers while another has undergone a cut.

Consumers were invited to stop using the cups immediately and returning them to their place of purchase for money or a refund of gift card.

"The quality, safety and integrity of Nestlé USA products remain our number one priority," said Nestlé USA in a Press release on the company's website. "We sincerely apologize for any drawback that this action represents both for our consumers and our retail customers."
