The best and worse places to live if you want a large courtyard, shows new research

The study examined 2,000 of the largest cities in the United States


There is nothing like organizing an outdoor dinner or watching your children run outside, but these activities are only possible if you have a fairly large backyard. And although you can assume that it is only doable Country or suburbs , new research shows that many American cities also have large sites. THE Lawnstarter study "Compared the 2,000 largest American cities on the basis of the average size of the unified houses of the Federal Housing Finance Agency." They then classified the cities to determine the locations with the larger and the smallest yards. Unsurprisingly, depending on the study, more congested cities are less likely to have large backgrounds. The Lawnstarter team also notes that the average size of the courtyard for cities below is less than a tenth acre.

Bayonne is ideal if you are looking to be close to New York, but if you want a large courtyard, you may want to live elsewhere. It is also the first of the six cities in New Jersey to be below.

Some large cities also have large yards. According to the study, only the 150 best cities benefit from larger lawns than the national average of a half acre. And cities with populations of less than 50,000 tend to obtain the most space.
