The 5 main reasons why people who are false orgasms, says a new study

Two out of five people pointed out to translate it to bed.

False orgasm is not only a Rom-Com route device. In fact, more than two in five people admitted to having simulated an orgasm in real life, according to a new study Led by the health research company Innerbody Research. To quote a certain Meg Ryan Icon, "you do the calculation."

For its study, the body interviewed studied more than 1,110 adults through generations (Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z) and relational statutes (married, dating and single). The results have largely affirmed "the orgasm the gap": 45% of women said they had simulated an orgasm, while 38% of men said they did it. There was also a generational division between respondents: 48% of millennials said they had simulated it in the room, a figure which was only 27% and 20% respectively for generation X and generation Z.

People have cited a wide range of reasons - all the things you expect, such as the bad breath of a partner, poor room lighting, uncomfortable room temperature, consumption of substances or the individual sexual position - why they can sometimes not make an orgasm. But the justification for the reason why people decided to simulate it turned out to be a little more varied. Here are the five main reasons why people trace orgasms.

"Wanted it to be finished"

Men and women have quoted "[Sex] is over" as the maximum reason to simulate an orgasm. The percentage rupture among the sexes was also almost at parity: 21% of men and 24% of women said that it was their main reason.

This follows other reports from the wider scientific community. A 2019 study published in Personality and individual differences concluded that "avoidance" was one of the most common reasons that people choose false orgasms.

2
"I didn't want to hurt the other's feelings"

However, women were slightly more significant in the feelings of their partner than men; 21% of women quoted this as the reason why they simulated an orgasm, while only 15% of men did it.

After the two main reasons why false orgasms, justifications are starting to diverge among the sexes. The third most common reason for women simulated an orgasm ("fake it until you do it") was the fourth most common reason in men. That said, a higher percentage of men (14%) listed it as a reason compared to women (12%).

4
"It's an excitement"

On the other hand of the medal, the fourth most common reason for women declared that it has simulated an orgasm ("it is an excitement") is the third most common reason for which men have said that they did. About 10% of women said Faking was an excitement. However, this figure is almost 15% among men.

Finally, as a fifth most common justification to simulate an orgasm, just over 9% of women quoted "did not want to explain why they could not orgasm" - another response which follows the 2019 study, indicating "Avoidation" as a higher reason why people have faked orgasms. Among men, however, the fifth most common reason to simulate an orgasm is a little different: "the partner appreciates it".
