The most anxious American states show new research

People who live in these places could be more stressed than the average American.


No matter where you live, anxiety can often be an unfortunate symptom of daily life. Whether it be financial stress , heavy work or a domestic environment charged, roughly 31.1% American adults have pointed out to suffer from an anxious disorder at some point in their lives, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. But even if it is relatively common, new research shows that residents of certain states are more anxious on average than others.

The latest results are thanks to the data from the centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) analyzed by Crystal and Fashion Accessory Company Tinyrituaux. The cross -country team reported symptoms of anxiety in a week with specific trends and residence to determine the anxiety score of each state, establishing a national average of 22.1. Rhode Island
