Coffee helps many things - energy, the ability to focus and as a solution to the gray roots that cross.

"Sometimes the coffee grounds can stain gray hair just enough to help it blend into the rest of the hair," says Madison Dufour , cosmetologist, barber and founder of The exquisite discovery Blog. She notes, however, that this is not a long -term solution and may not work if you have lighter hair. All you have to do is apply two to four cups of cooled coffee, mixed with ground, to wet the hair and let it stand for 20 minutes before rinsing it.

And Root Concealer is not the only hair profit of coffee. According to a German study 2007 published in the Dermatology Internal Journal , drinking coffee can help stimulate hair growth in men and women.

2

Just as henna is capable of dyeing the skin with elegant (and impermanent) tattoos, it can also temporarily stain gray roots.

Although it effectively covers gray hair, there are a few drawbacks with henna. "If a type of chemical product (such as the developer, reflections or any other chemical color) is applied to hair that contains henna, it will have a bad chemical reaction, which sometimes turns other colors," explains Dufour. Make sure you consult your stylist before following this path.
