To make a salad you need meat (we will take chicken fillet), eggs, potatoes, carrots, corn, walnuts and grenades. Puff salad, use mayonnaise for refueling.
Ingredients:
- Boiled chicken (or other meat) - 200 g;
- canned corn - 150 g;
- Boiled carrots - 1 pc.;
- boiled eggs-2-3 pcs.;
- Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- walnuts-8-10 pcs.;
- salt, black pepper - to taste;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- grains of half a grenade;
- corn grains;
- Green onions for decoration.
In the beginning, boil vegetables, eggs and meat. Let the ingredients cool. Then peel the vegetables, and remove the shell from the eggs. It is convenient to use a confectionery ring for assembling salad. Install it on a flat dish and put a layer of potatoes cut into small cubes to the bottom. Add and shave with mayonnaise.
The second layer is chicken cubes. Then a layer of eggs. The fourth is a finely grated boiled carrot. Grind the walnuts in a mortar or knife and sprinkle with the final stroke. Do not forget to add up and lubricate each layer of the dish with mayonnaise.
