Sweet potato cake (or purple)
With very few ingredients you will prepare a simple and delicious cake! No flour, zero yeast. Only potatoes, sugar, eggs, a grated lemon and a sprinkling of icing sugar. You can use both local and American sweet potatoes. The color and sweetness will change, but in 40 minutes you will have churned out a simple, soft, exquisite, quick to prepare cake and that will leave your guests speechless. If you use purple potatoes instead, you can also make a fantastic and creamy tart with few other more ingredients.
Almonds and blueberries
