Get silk and shiny hair using vinegar

It is very simple: simply by mixing vinegar with clean water you will get a real beauty elixir.

Nowadays we tend to think that we already know everything and everything has long been invented. When it comes to beauty and various beautifying products, we usually bet on modern means available in drugstores. Fortunately, however, lately, the trend of returning to the roots and things our ancestors knew, only we have forgotten them. Many hundreds of years ago, people knew that vinegar could not only be used in the preparation of food, but also an effective means of hair care - it can lit up and secure them with a silk texture.

It is very simple: simply by mixing vinegar with clean water you will get a real beauty elixir. The resulting mixture can not only efficiently smooth hair, but even clean it from all undesirable deposits. Whether you use regular or apple vinegar, the effect will always be perfect. Use acetic water after washing with conventional shampoo and you will be surprised how this simple step can revive the hair structure.

How to do it?

Mix vinegar and water

In the first phase it is necessary to mix vinegar with ordinary water. Do not apply the hair vinegar itself because it is too strong. For one wash of hair, just mix liquids in a ratio of one to one - a quarter of a conventional cup of vinegar into a quarter cup of water. If you have oily hair, you can add vinegar a little more. If your hair is rather dry, use more water. If you have curly or colored hair, also use more water than vinegar.

You do not have to worry about using the common vinegar that you buy in the store, but you will not make a mistake even using apple vinegar. This may suit some women more especially for their significantly more pleasant scent. In addition, it is proven that apple cider vinegar can more efficiently remove old skin from the scalp, and it is suitable even if you suffer from dandruff. In the case of skin problems type psoriasis or eczema, apple cider vinegar is a clear choice.

Wash your hair with shampoo

Then wash your hair with shampoo as you are in the habit. If conditions allow, it is advisable to rinse hair with lukewarm or cold water, but never warm. When using boiling water, the hair tends to box. Cold water, on the other hand, will help that the hair will be smooth and more shiny, which every one of us certainly desires. It is also important to skip the conditioner, it would simply be too much for your hair. So the rule is that if you decide to use vinegar, forget the conditioners.

Apply a prepared mixture with vinegar

After washing with shampoo, you can apply a mixture of water and vinegar to your hair. Slowly pour it on your hair and try to mase your fingers evenly, like using shampoo. It is important to really mass the mixture from the roots to the ends of the hair. Then wait at least 10 minutes to absorb the mixture thoroughly. For example, you can use this time to take a shower.

Rinse and dry your hair

After 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly, again ideally cold or lukewarm water. You do not have to worry about the odor of vinegar, it will disappear immediately after you dry your hair. Dry your hair as you are used to, whether you have your hair dry in the sun or use a hair dryer. The speed of drying does not play a role. Once the hair has dried, they will be silky soft and shiny.

We recommend repeating this process once, ideally twice a week. The frequency of repetition depends only on you. However, it should be borne in mind that excessive use of vinegar can dry out hair. If this happens after all, plant the vinegar procedure for some time.
