The FDA recently issued several reminders on bakery products and candies.

On October 13, Nestlé USA announced that she had published a voluntary reminder on hisNestlé toll house Chocolate chocolate chip paste stuffed with fudge preparation products. The company says that the articles affected were produced between June and September 2022 and distributed across the continental and Puerto Rico United States, especially inPublix stores.AE0FCC31AE342FD3A1346EBB1F342FCB

The reminder notice specifies that no other Nestlé Toll House product is affected by the move, including other biscuit paste products with stuffed cookies at the toll house.

The company draws the products after discovering a potential security problem.

Nestlé USA says that he expressed the recall of the cookie dough "by abundance of prudence" because the items can contain "white plastic pieces". The company was informed of the problem when a "small number" of customers contacted themselves to complain.

"We work with the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) on this voluntary recall and will cooperate fully with them," wrote the company in the reminder. "The quality, safety and integrity of our products remain our number one priority. We sincerely apologize for any disadvantage that this action represents both for our consumers and our retail customers."

Depending on the FDA's opinion, even if some customers have said they found plastic in the articles, there have been no illness or related injury to date. However, the company says that anyone who bought cookie items with chocolate chocolate chocolate chocolate should not cook or eat the product. Instead, they must return the items to the store where they were purchased for a replacement or full refund.
