These types are not going to back up if they consider that they must claim responsibility and will always rely on difficult facts. Robledo says that they are generally "favored more in society", largely because of their ability to supervise systems, including those of education and business. According to Robledo, it is thanks to their dominant function.

"Estj ... has a gift to see what is going on around them (due to their detection function) and make it more organized," she said. "ESTJ is an incredible project organizer - they know how to keep things simple."
