James Brolin reveals his secret to remain young and active at 82 in a new interview

In the interview withPeople,,Brolin said he was training with weights in water. It was presented to the concept by surfer Hamilton and volleyball player Reece during a dinner.

Brolin noticed a difference.

With his regular training, Brolin also said that he liked to use a sauna at his home three times a week. "All the toxins rise to the surface and are gone," he shared.
