Depending on the reminder notice, all the products listed are potentially contaminated byCronobacter sakazakii, as good asClostridium botulinum, which has not been mentioned in the original recall notice. The two bacteria can have serious implications for your health, warns the FDA.

It is rare to develop an infection linked toCronobacter sakazakii, but those who are immunocompromised could be particularly at risk, according to the FDA. If they are infected, symptoms could come in the form of fever, vomiting and urinary tract infection (UTI).

Clostridium botulinum, on the other hand, can lead to a "severe form of food poisoning", warns the FDA, adding that your symptoms may appear four to six hours after consuming something with the toxin. Other signs and symptoms include "double vision, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, linked speeches, difficulty dissemination and muscle weakness," said the opinion.
