These 4 vision changes could be an early sign of Alzheimer's disease, says the study
If you notice one of them, it may be time for screening.
Research has long suggested that Alzheimer's (AD) disease, the most common form of dementia, can causechanges in sight. Yet because Alzheimer is most often associatedcognitive symptoms, details of vision changes in patients with my are less often discussed. 1 Bad color vision
By comparing the vision and the eye structure of 24 people with Alzheimer's and 24 people of 24 years and sex, the team behind theNature The study identified a few surprising ways that MA affects sight. 4 Structural changes in the eyes
The researchers used non -invasive imaging tests to take structural measures from the retinas of people in AD and witnesses groups.
