Nathalie Marquay, actress and Miss France 1987, recently mentioned the memory of her “unique love”, Jean-Pierre Pernaut, in an overwhelming tribute on social networks.
The actress tells how she faces the mourning on a daily basis, after the disappearance of her husband, the famous journalist and presenter TF1 Jean-Pierre Pernaut, who died last March from lung cancer.
The support of her children
Very surrounded by her two children Tom and Lou, Nathalie recently celebrated her 55th birthday… without her husband. “Happy birthday to the most courageous mother,” wrote her son on Instagram while her daughter shared a photo of her baby in her mom's arms, accompanied by this nice text: “Happy birthday to the most incredible women. I admire your strength and your courage. I love you mom." Lou Pernaut was also the target of criticisms of certain Internet users lately, who accuse him of having been too smiling and active on social networks during this period of mourning. During an interview, Laurent Fontaine even had rather virulent remarks towards the girl: "Lou, you're adorable, you're nice but will study, what! Bump! ». Nathalie responded even more cash to defend her daughter: "I despise you at the highest point!" By what right do you allow yourself to criticize and lie about my daughter who painfully lives the loss of her dad? »»
His confessions
Before Jean-Pierre, Nathalie experienced a passionate story with… Patrick Bruel. "I was 23," says the actress to Cyril Hanouna on the set of TPMP in 2020. The idyll did not last but Nathalie said that "he is someone extremely generous, extremely extremely Intelligent, it's a love ”. Last March, during the funeral of Jean-Pierre, all the relatives of the couple were present (Jean-Luc Reichmann, Nicolas Sarkozy and Carla Bruni, Brigitte Macron) to pay a final tribute to the journalist, with the exception of Patrick Bruel who was on tour. On May 2, Nathalie confided in her story with Patrick and her daily life in the show "50 min inside". In front of Nikos Aliagas, she sadly confides: "I am told that over time it goes, but the more time passes, and frankly, no. I miss him. I know it is with me, but it is not to have it in my arms, not to be able to kiss him, to tell him what I did during the day, to laugh together, to Prepare his favorite little dishes ... I am not a big cook, but her little dishes ... I treated him. It’s a lack, it is irreplaceable. ”
The release of his book
Nathalie promoted her book entitled "Me, I believe", published at the end of 2021 by Guy Trédaniel editions. In this work, she evokes her spiritual beliefs and her gift for the premonitions. The actress often talks about the beyond and assures that she is communicating with her husband, who regularly leaves her signs. "It's stupid but I speak to her," she revealed recently, adding an anecdote: "I told her that I was hoping to be up to children's studies, it is expensive but we're going to be get out. (…) Afterwards, I'm going to the kitchen and I hear a voice that says "go to the library". I go, I take a book and there were 500 euros in cash in it. Something crazy! ».
