Skippy voluntarily recalls peanut butter pots due to potential contamination.
Three peanut butter products have beenSkippy recalled, including skippy reduced grease with creamy peanut butter, skippy reduces fat of big pieces of peanut butter, and skippy creamy peanut butter mixed with vegetable protein. A little less than 10,000 cases of skippy peanut butter have been affected.
A total of 9,353 cases were recalled, totaling 161,692 pounds of peanut butter. No other skippy product has been allocated and no consumer complaints had been recorded at the time of recall, the company announced in the press release.
