The best devil eggs in the world Recipe-Video

The favorite appetizers of everyone come even more tasty.

The holiday season is once again at the corner of the street, and let it face: no fun, festive and boozy or improving is complete without amazing and delicious finger foods. And if you really want to show your culinary chops this year - and instantly raise any gathering - it's time to learn to make devil eggs. And not just devil eggs, do you think - butbeautiful Devil, spicy and perfection eggs.

The key to the recipe you will find in this episode of "the hot dish with Shana" is to create creativity with your flavors by mixing them together. Now, about the slide eggs of the recipe will tell you to include mustard. In mine you will see that we take a smart step of combining both yellow dijon and American style mustard - and the result is a combination of much more interesting flavors and textures than you are probably not used to To.

Another devil egg staple is a hot sauce. Depending on how much you like spicy food, do not hesitate to integrate as much hot sauce as you want. (Me? I like a lot!) But the secret of my recipe mixes the vineyards of Tobasco with the kick you get from Frank's Red Hot, which resulted in the ideal mix of taste and warmth.

For a coupling of stellar wine (because that does not pair wine with debridy eggs?!), I recommend a bottle of Crémant Français du Jura. It is a sparkling white wine (which tastes like champagne, although missing from the Champagne prices label) that has a beautiful ripe fruit flavor and a butter toast component. After all, what's better than butter toast and eggs?!
