It is a sparkling white wine (which tastes like champagne, although missing from the Champagne prices label) that has a beautiful ripe fruit flavor and a butter toast component. After all, what's better than butter toast and eggs?!

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard eggs
  • 2 CMSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard (a yellow, a dijon)
  • 1 corner of lemon
  • Dot the hot sauce
  • Tamari to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of eclons
  • 1 tablespoon of chives
  • Salt and pepper
  • Grilled paprika
  • Flat parsley
  • Pickle to serve
