It's the most hated state in America

Residents and rivals agree, it is the most hatest state in the United States.

Hate is a hard word, especially in today's division times. However, when it comes to regional rivalries, there is no lost love. For example, if youAsk a New Yorker What they think of Boston, Massachusetts - especially if they are a baseball fan - you will probably have a look of disgust. On the other hand, it can also be easy toHate on where you live also. To determine which state is the most hated by the residents and rivals, we have made digging and crunching the numbers - and you can be surprised by the answer.

We started by calculating the percentage of the population that recently left each state. While residents do not give criticisms from their natal cities as a restaurant on Yelp, they tend to vote with their feet. So we compared theIncreased population or decrease in each state at the national average of 0.6%, according to theAmerican census office. Then we analyzed a gallup survey whose citizensfelt the most proud of their original states-Defined as the percentage of people who agreed with the statement that their state is "the best or one of the best possible states". States with the slightest pride rank higher in our hate index. Finally, we examined the conclusions of the illustrator and the amateur researcherMatt Shirley, who interviewed its 320,000 Instagram subscribers of the whole country in 2020 to discoverwhat state they hate the most. We then took into account the population of the states that hated each state to measure the volume of hostility screamed in the direction of each state. (Some states, Shirley found, had no state that hates them.) These results were compiled in an algorithm that produced the final score of our hate index, in which the higher the number is high, the higher number. that the state is high.

In the end, the first 10 most hated states gave up all regions, from the east coast to the south. (Yes, even the Midwest is not as nice as you thought.) But a state attracted the most vitriol of all. Read it to see if your state of origin is hated or loved as we classify all states, at least hated to most hated. And for more places where locals are not the most welcoming,It is the nested state of the United States.
