Walmart and Fedex join forces for the new service.
Walmart announced on December 21nd that they arePartnership with FedEx to pick up items Shipped and sold by Walmart.com Customer houses. The new service, called Fedex Pickup operator, is considered an "incredibly convenient way" to make returns.

Customers can easily organize a pickup online.
For all items purchased online, clients can return them via Operator Support by FedEx Service by logging into their account on the Walmart application or online website. They can then see their shopping history by going to their account and "track orders". From there, guests can select "Back" on any online purchase to see if they can schedule operator support. They can choose a convenient date for pickup.
Customers will have the chance to choose when they want their return to be picked up. The application or website will direct them to an input and the desired date of view, in coordination with the available times and dates of FedEx. At this point, all Walmart requires the client to pack the item and affix a return label that they can print at home. Customers can also file their returns from Fedex Locations.
With the partnership, customers also have the ability to remove their feedback on any FedEx place using a QR code of the Walmart website or application. This is particularly convenient for customers who do not have a printer at home to print a return label.
The retailer also says they plan to accelerate the time in which someone receives his money for a return. According to the announcement, "for many online returns, refunds will be credited to the payment account of customers sometimes the next day, and the same day for returns in store".
