Walmart announced on December 21nd that they arePartnership with FedEx to pick up items Shipped and sold by Walmart.com Customer houses. The new service, called Fedex Pickup operator, is considered an "incredibly convenient way" to make returns.

For all items purchased online, clients can return them via Operator Support by FedEx Service by logging into their account on the Walmart application or online website. They can then see their shopping history by going to their account and "track orders". From there, guests can select "Back" on any online purchase to see if they can schedule operator support.
