1 Pistols
Start in a standing position with a chair behind you. Extend your arms in front of you and prolong your left leg ahead. In equilibrium on your right leg, go down slowly until your goal touches the chair; Return to the starting position by reversing this motion. (Make sure you keep your foot flat on the floor.)
