The data-based marketing studioanalyzed 1.8 million projectsand 28 million tasks completed over 2 years toRedbooth, a project management software company, to determine when people were the most productive. What they imagined is that the most productive day of the week was Monday (when 20.4% of tasks are completed), the most productive period of the day is 11am (when 9.7% All tasks are complete) and the highest percentage of tasks (9.5%) are completed in October.

Which means that 11 hours from October Monday is officially your maximum productivity time.

On the flange side, the data show that we will become more and more productive after lunch, becoming practically useless within 16 hours (that anyone has already sent an email at 15:45 knows too well).

Unsurprisingly, Friday is the least productive of all working days and we are useless when performing tasks on weekends. At 7.2%, we are also at our less productive in January.
