Keep your home without stain with this easy dusting spray of DIY.

Brucking is one of these tasks that are very easily forgotten. Unfortunately, it is not only necessary to avoid the anger of visiting visitors. It's actually an imperative for your health. Dust is a common allergen that can cause sneezing, demang eyes, flowing and can even trigger asthma symptoms. And health risks do not stop there.

You can think of dust as little more than dead skin cells and some dust mites - a fairly bad combination. But a single piece of dust can also contain pieces of cockroaches, squams of animals and mold spores, which are not simply raw triggers, but common allergy triggers, too. And it empires. The truth is that dust is frequently tooHousehold toxic chemicals, like flame retardants and phalates, which can cause development problems in babies and hormonal disturbances. Clearly, it's not things you want to keep around.

However, it goes to the common sense to clean the allergens and toxic chemicals of your home using products containing chemicals and toxic allergens. Unfortunately, many of the most commonly used products to wipe the dust contains both. Numerous common dusting products contain chemicals related to respiratory irritation, central nervous and cancer depression, among other health problems, according to theEnvironmental Working Group.

So, how should you approach the dust around your home? In many cases, a microfiber cloth will get sprinkling alone. Sometimes, however, the actual fat or dirt do it in the mix and it's time to call in large guns. Fortunately, the manufacture of your own homemade dust spray is easy, affordable and healthy, and requires only a few simple ingredients to prevent dust from installing around your home, blurring things and making the air worse for everyone.

Water can be the basis of your DIY house dust spray. Start with a cup. To cut the grease, add ¼ cup of vinegar. Give wood a little shine and protection, add two tablespoons of olive oil (or any other liquid cooking oil, such as canola or sunflower). And to make your house feel as if it were just cleaned so that your hard work does not go unnoticed, add 10-15 drops of essential oil.

Lemon essential oil is naturally antiseptic, antimicrobial and antibacterial and has a clean classic scent. If it's not your style, lavender oil has the same properties, as well as a perfume that calming - just what you need after a long day cleaning. Cedarwood, cinnamon, thyme, grapefruit and sweet orange oil are also excellent options that will keep your own surfaces without your home with a smell at home as a candle store. If you have pets at home, however, pay attention to citrus oil, which can be harmful for your feline friends and dogs too, if ingested in large quantities. Put all the ingredients in a spray bottle (preferably a tinted amber to preserve essential oils) and you are ready to leave.

Remember that this is not an exact science, then go with what suits you to make sure you follow your sprinkling routine. Keep your spray bottle stored out of direct sunlight, and it should last a long time. Better yet, given this low cost of the formula, you do not need to use it sparingly, either. For less than a dollar, you can make a fully natural spray sprayer for your home that feels good and keeps you and your family is safe on several fronts.
