This state makes the worst absolute when stopping coronavirus
According to COVID tracking data, this state is confronted with the worst coronavirus spike nationwide.
WhileNumber of states throughout the nation are in troublewith a thrust in coronavirus cases, There is a state that has the worst of all: Nevada. At least it is at least one recently launched website that follows the rapid spread of COVID-19 in each state, which shows Nevada experiencing the worst coronavirus peak in the country.
Created by Instagram Co-FoundersKevin Systrom andMike Krieger,rt.live is a real-time monitoring of the rapid speed of Covid-19 in each state. The site focuses on updated values for something called Rt, "The average number of people who are infected by an infectious person." According to the site, if rt is above 1.0, the virus will spread rapidly; when rt is less than 1.0, the virus will cease to propagate.

As of June 29, Nevada has theHighest estimated transmission rate 1.64, per site.Montana andFlorida have estimated transmission rates of 1.41 and 1.4, respectively. Areas with the lowest estimated rates areConnecticut andWashington DC., each at 0.77. As a comparison, you can see how Nevada has spided on the far right on the graph below.
The table of the Nevada site shows how bad things are for the state and reflects the way the "curve" is climbed especially after a home-based home mandate completed on May 8.
Nevada has been quite aggressive in the reopening of the parts of its economy, including major tourist destinations such as Las Vegas casinos.
