This major city has just canceled Halloween due to COVID

- "" Trunk or treats "events where children go from the car to the car instead of the door door to receive treats are not allowed."
- "Gatherings or parties with non-household members are not allowed even if they are driven outside."
- "Carnivals, festivals, live animations and haunted attractions of the house are not allowed."
Instead, Los Angeles's public health officials suggest online nightlife, car parades, halloween theme drags and outdoor dinners and "art facilities in an open-air museum" .
