First of all, some people are only naturally more sweat than others because you have been born between 2 million and 4 million glands on sweating in your body. Research has shown that while women have more sweat glands, masculine sweat glands are more active, so men tend to become sweaty during the same workout. In addition, people who are more suspicious of less sweating, because their body is more conditioned to intense exercise and it takes a lot more to increase their body temperature.

It is strange that we allocate so much importance to sweat as it happens in so many non-caloric combustion scenarios, like when it's hot our or when we are super nervous for a date. The truth is however, no perspiration is not equal, sweat is produced by two different glands.

When you sweat because you are stressed, your perspiration comes from your apocrine glands and the sweat itself is composed of more fatty acids and protein, and therefore more subject to the bad odor. When you sweat during an exercise, it's because you raise your body temperature, not because you necessarily burn more calories, which means it's the same perspiration you produce a hot day. You do not consider perspiration at the exercise of the beach, is not it? Now, granted, it is true that many people feel lighter when they sweat abundantly during a workout, which is partly why the hot sweaty yoga are so fashionable, but c is just the weight of the water.
