There is no money ball solution to ensure youDo not be coronavirusBut there are many things you can do to minimize your risks. And according to disease control centers (CDC), it's not just about what you do, but also what younot Do while Covid is still basically.A recent study shared by the health authority revealed that an activity is associated with about40% of positive cases: Dinner in a restaurant. The CDC is now asking people to stay away from such parameters and to encourage increased security measures for those who always decide to frequent them.

For the study, researchers gathered a randomized group of positive covidation patients and collected a lot of data on their background. This included their demographic characteristics,Underlying chronic medical conditionsSymptoms, exposure known to any positive patient of covidation, potential exhibitions at the workplace and community activities within 14 days of their first symptoms. Participants were then interviewed on their mask with potential community exhibition habits and activities, including social gatherings, shops, restaurants and more. Patients identified each habit on a five-point Likert scale ranging from "never" to "more than once a day" or "always".

After examining the data, two habits dissipated most directly associated with Covid transmission: having narrow contacts with a person who later tested positive (51% of these people were family members) and havespent time in restaurants in the previous two weeks. As explained by the study, "adults with positive results of SARS-COV-2 have been about twice as likely to have reported meals in a restaurant than those with negative-COV-2 test results" . This included restaurants with interior seating, terraces and exterior.

The researchers suspect that this increase in the risk of COVID is explained by the fact that eating in a restaurant and wearing a mask does not go hand in hand. Even individuals who practice, otherwise the vigilant safety precautions drop their guard when the server brings his meal. That's why the CDC approves policies that protect customers, employees and communities, even when the mask is a challenge. Using outdoor seats, wearing a mask until food arrives and sitting at the tables at leastsix feet far from others could make all the difference.
