This common food in your refrigerator could be contaminated, the FDA warns

The packets in question are the 11 oz. and 5 oz. Baby spinach units of fresh attitude, with the best before the dates of 4 and 5 December and 5 tenclosures respectively. The parcels were produced at the Eastern Eastern VegPro plant and were distributed in eastern Canada and in northeastern United States, the alert stresses that all other products. Fresh attitude comes from facilities in Belle-Glade, Florida and are therefore completely safe to consume.
Although no disease has been reported to date as a result of spinach, the risk of poisoning ofsalmonella is pretty serious for providing the alert. While most healthy people who ingest bacteria will experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain, for those who are younger, more particularly vulnerable children, seniors and those who have Immune otherwise compromised systems The resulting infections can be much more serious and even fatal.
Disease Control and Prevention Centers (CDC) believe thatsalmonella Causes about 1.35 million infections, 26,500 hospitalizations and 420 deaths in the United States each year. The symptoms usually start between six hours and six days after the infection.
